Wi-Fi connection dropout during important calls!!! Room not ready for three hours despite early arrival!!! I expected better management of check-in times!!!

Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. I truly enjoyed the extremely comfy bed and the suite.

Enjoyed the place, had a fantastic stay for a night. The rooms were absolutely fantastic and exceptionally nice with great shower and the breakfast was excellent! I could use all the necessary facilities and coffee. The staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful and check in was efficient.

The attentive staff stood out, with the restaurant team remembering drink preferences by the second day. The iced coffee offered was particularly refreshing and enjoyable. The breakfast options felt somewhat limited, and I noticed a lack of variety at the snack bar, which could use improvement. All in all, the accommodations were comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The hotel is gorgeous with an EXCELLENT service, it has a magnificent location in walking distance of Terminal 1. A double room is cheap, has a clean bathroom.

The services were great, offered us fast free Wi-Fi. The staff was accommodating, provided an efficient check-in and a late check-out. Location: the hotel was near to metro station and Airport Terminal 1 and Metro Station.

I had a solid night here! The super nice team, especially Mr Nadeer and Mr Spandan, they really went out of their way for me. The room was comfy and I loved the hotel bar for a quick drink. Just wish the snack bar had more options. A great spot!

The Aloft Family Room was super spacious and had really comfy beds, perfect for us as a family after a long day of travel. Everything was clean and tidy, and we loved the extra touch of having a shuttle service right at our disposal. It made getting around easy! Just wish the snack options were a bit better for late-night cravings.
